3. Shipping Confirmation

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Lexaro cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied during checkout.
5. Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be dispatched again.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Shipping Restrictions
